Portal Tip 1: Adding/Removing Medications

  1. Log into the Portal and click on “My Health”.

  1. Click on the “Medications” tab.

  1. Click on “Add Medication”.

  1. Start typing the medication you would like to add. A drop down box will appear with a list of medications you can choose from. Click on the medication you would like to add.
  2. Add directions for how the medication needs to be taken.
  3. Click on “Status” and select one of the following options based on the medication you are adding.

  1. Enter the provider who prescribed the medication.
  2. Enter any additional comments.
  3. Click
  4. A pop up box will appear (see below). This is letting you know that the change you are making WILL NOT transfer over to your health record. Select yes if you would like to add the change, or no if you do not wish to add the medication.

  1. To delete a medication in your chart, simply click on located in the row the medication you wish to delete is in.

Portal Tip 2: How to Change Pharmacy

  1. Log into the Portal and click on “My Health”.

  1. Click on the “Medications” tab.

  1. At the top of the page you will see Medications in bold. Underneath that you will see “Preferred Pharmacy” with the pharmacy listed below. To change this pharmacy click on “Edit”.

  1. You can search for the pharmacy by typing in the zip code or name of the pharmacy.

  1. Next, select how many miles from the zip code you entered you want pharmacies to be listed.
  2. A list of pharmacies will appear. Select the one you would like to use.

  1. Once selected click
  2. A pop up box will appear. Click ok.

Please note this information does not transfer over to your health record. To have this changed you must contact your provider.

Portal Tip 3: Renewing a Prescription

  1. Log into the patient portal and click on “My Health”.

  1. Click on the “Medications” tab.

  1. Go to the row of the medication you would like to renew. If the Rx bottle is lit up, you can renew this medication. If the Rx bottle is not lit up, you cannot renew at this time.

  1. To renew, click on the lit up Rx Bottle. The below box will appear.

  1. To change the Pharmacy location select Change. Enter the pharmacy’s name or zipcode. Click on the pharmacy you would like to add and click
  2. Enter any additional comments in the comments section. Once completed click
  3. The below pop up will appear. Click ok.
