Triple Tips - Week of December 12th

Portal Tip 1: Health Journal

  1. After logging in go to the Home page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. On the left hand side you will see a section called “Health Journal”.
  3. You can use this tool to help you keep track of your progress and any other health information you would like to record.
  4. To record a new entry click on the new button.
  5. A window will pop up, allowing you to type the information you would like to add. You must add a title for your entry in order to save it. You may save your entry by clicking the save button at the top.
  6. You can print or delete a saved entry by first clicking on the entry you would like to delete or print.
  7. Once the entry is open you will see a print and delete button at the top. Select the appropriate button based on which option you would like to do.

Portal Tip 2: View Recent Activity

  1. Curious about what has been added to your chart recently?
  2. Log into the Portal and go to the Home page.
  3. On the right hand side underneath “Appointments”, there is an area titled “Recent History” which lists what has been added and the date it was added.
  4. To view the changes within the portal click on the activity you would like to review.

  1. This will direct you to the area in your chart where the new information was added.

Portal Tip 3: How to Provide Access to Family Members or Caregiver

  1. Want to give a family member or caregiver access to your account? Log into the Portal and go to the Home Page.
  2. Scroll down to “Health Sources” located at the bottom right hand side of the page.
  3. Select
  4. Click on “With Family Members, Dependents, etc”. Then click on “Add Authorized Individual”.

  1. Determine whether you would like to grant the individual “Read Only Access” (the ability to view records only) or “Full Access” (the ability to view and edit information, schedule appointments, and communicate with your providers on your behalf). Select the appropriate circle.

  1. Enter the individual’s first name, last name, their relationship to you, and email address.
  2. Create an invitation code which must be at least 4 characters in length. You will need to give this code to the individual you are inviting.
  3. Click on “Send Invite” once completed. The individual you invited to access your account will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their account to follow yours.
