New York Chiropractor
Chiropractic is a conservative, non-surgical, drug – free manual
(done by hands) therapy that utilizes spinal manipulation/mobilization.
The use of spinal manipulations in spinal conditions has long been established
in both research and clinical practice. Chiropractors also utilize soft
tissue techniques, postural correction and exercises to treat low back
and neck pain. The goal of therapy is to restore/maintain spine health
and motion thereby minimizing pain or discomfort and disability.
The chiropractors at New York Spine and Wellness Center have the skills
necessary to provide a diagnosis, establish a plan of care and manage
patients with spine related disorders. In addition, our chiropractors
have the ability to recognize patients who require special tests (radiography,
MRI, laboratory workup) and invasive procedures (injections). The chiropractors
coordinate care and provide long term follow up, if necessary.
