What has Changed for Safety's Sake!

We are following the New York State Department of Health guidelines and have policies in place to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Your safety and the safety of our staff is very important to us.

The following information will help keep you and our staff safe during your visit.

Please note, this information is intended for office visits only. For information about our affiliated surgery centers, please contact them directly.

Important to Know:

Before Your Visit

  • If you require the presence of a caregiver, you must limit it to 1 guest, please have all others wait in the car. Your caregiver will be required to wear a mask.
  • Children are not permitted in the office
  • Please be sure the cell number we have for you is accurate when booking an appointment. You can send a portal message if you need to update this information outside an office visit.
  • If you have been vaccinated, please bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Card.
  • If you have any symptoms of illness; have been exposed to Covid; are Covid +; or are on quarantine, contact us to reschedule your appointment. Patients arriving ill will be turned away.

When Arriving for Your Visit

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early and WAIT IN YOUR CAR. We will call you on your cell phone when we are ready for you to enter the building.


  • If you are having an EMG/NCS you do not have to wait in your car, please enter the building when you arrive.
  • If a you are a NEW patient (arrive 30 minutes early), you do not have to wait in your car, please enter the building when you arrive.
  • If you do not have a cell phone, you do not need to wait in your car, please enter the building when you arrive.
  • If are you waiting in your car, it is your appointment time but we have not called your cell, please enter the building and check in at the kiosk.

In the Office and During Your Visit

  • Please stay 6 feet apart whenever possible.
  • We have hand sanitizer in every room and several places throughout the waiting areas. We do request that you utilize sanitizer immediately upon entering the reception area.
  • Established patients must check-in at the kiosk and use a credit card to pay copays to minimize direct contact. Sanitizing wipes are available next to each kiosk.
  • The traffic pattern in each office has been modified; please pay attention to the signage.
  • Our reception areas and waiting room chairs have been marked to help meet the social distancing requirements as best as possible.

At the Completion of Your Visit:

  • If you need a test such as MRI/CT or procedure scheduled, please wait in the designated line, and we will call you up to the desk.
  • Do not stop at the desk-you can head on out! We will mail your next appointment to you.

*We are no longer offering telemedicine. All appointments are done face to face, in person, in the office.
