Patients must be registered in the patient portal in order to request prescription refills between appointments. Requests for refills may be made online or via the Follow My Health (FMH) phone app. Register today! Delays in registration will only prolong the wait to getting your prescriptions. Patients without internet access will need to place their refill requests through their pharmacy. We encourage you to use FMH for your medical questions as well by sending us a message.

Once you select the medication that you need a refill for, you will receive a popup response stating that your request was sent to your provider.
To allow enough time for us to process your request. To prevent interruption with your medication.
Once your request has been processed at our office (this may take up to 72 business hours-do not count weekends or holidays) we will send a reply to your Follow My Health inbox stating the action was taken on your request. For example, your refill request is being processed and will be e-prescribed to your pharmacy.
